Building a home for the first time can be an extremely daunting experience, but with the guidance and experience of Brunton Developments this was made so much easier for us! From start to finish Jon and his team were on hand to help point us in the right direction, continually providing us with invaluable advice ranging from building materials to building regulations! We built our home through the “beast of the east” and the boys, through thick and thin, powered on no matter what the conditions were! We cannot thank Jon and his team enough. We have our forever home and we are forever thankful!

Brunton Developments Scotland Ltd were great to work with from the outset. Pulling together the specification for the timber frame was a no fuss process and they worked well with the architect, structural engineer and roofing specialist providing a streamlined service. Always punctual, they worked tirelessly to get the job completed to a very high standard. Issues were dealt with no hassle, providing solutions along the way. Will definitely be using them again.

John and his team completed an extension, internal work and garage conversion for us in December 2017. We are extremely happy with the result and quality of the building work. Throughout the process John was very helpful and approachable. The team were all really nice guys and easy to have around the house. I work from home and have small children so it was important that I felt comfortable with them in the house. They were very trustworthy and I felt comfortable to leave them in the house on their own. They were respectful of the house and always tidied up after themselves at the end of the day, doing their best to keep disruption to a minimum.

We were absolutely delighted with everything Johnny did for us throughout our job.
He was generous and patient with his time before we even started, helping us make sure we understood the drawings, giving us confidence, and getting our detailed input to the scope of the job. As a result, we made some significant changes to the drawings. This continued after we got started - Johnny frequently met with us to keep us up to date, and dealt with any other problems that came up throughout the job, with unflappable patience and professionalism. We had to move out during the work, and Johnny would go out of his way to help out with deliveries and problems when we couldn't get back to deal with them. He developed good relationships with the other trades and companies involved in the build, and kept building control informed as the job progressed. His whole team of labourers and tradesmen were hard working, friendly, polite, and a pleasure to deal with, and our neighbours commented on how tidy they kept the place. On top of all that, their skill, attention to detail and pride in the job were outstanding. We were blown away by the quality and standard of finish. They really went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted, and we can't speak highly enough of Johnny and his team.
